New working hours of catering facilities

Please be informed that the Crisis Headquarters has rendered a decision to extend the working hours of cafes and restaurants in indoor areas until 11 p.m. (instead of the current 9 p.m.), in compliance with all prescribed measures.

The National Bank of Serbia has adopted new decisions on the delay (moratorium) of obligations based on loans and leasing: the Decision on interim measures for banks to mitigate the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic with the aim to preserve the stability of the financial system; and the Decision on interim measures for financial leasing providers to mitigate the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic with the aim to preserve the stability of the financial system.

Eco tax: deadline for submitting the application 31 July 2020

31 July 2020 marks the deadline for filing the application for the environmental protection and improvement fee, also known as the eco tax, pursuant to the Decree on criteria for determining activities impacting the environment based on pollutant emissions, fee amounts.

After yesterday’s session of the Crisis Headquarters, new measures were adopted which will take effect as of Friday, 17 July 2020 and apply to the territory of the Republic of Serbia, regardless of whether a certain municipality or city declared a state of emergency.

Rulebook on preventive measures for safe and healthy work to prevent the occurrence and spread of the infectious disease epidemic

The Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans’ and Social Affairs has adopted the Rulebook on preventive measures for safe and healthy work to prevent the occurrence and spread of the infectious disease epidemic, which prescribes the obligation of employers to adopt a Plan for the implementation of measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of an infectious disease epidemic by 10 August 2020 at the latest.
