Law on Protection of the Right to a Trial within a Reasonable Term
In focus: On May 8th 2015, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Law on Protection of the Right to a Trial within a Reasonable Term (hereinafter referred to as: the “Law”). The Law has been published in the “Official Gazette” of the Republic of Serbia no. 42/2015, and enters into force on January 1th 2016.

In focus: the new Law on Litigation Procedure (hereinafter referred to as: the “Law”) has been published in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” no. 72/2011, dated September 28th, 2011 and shall enter into force on February 1st, 2012.

In focus: the new Law on Enforcement and Security (hereinafter referred to as: the “Law”) was published in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” no. 31/2011 on May 09th, 2011, entered into force on May 17th, 2011 and began to apply on September 17th, 2011. The Law contains solutions whose aim is to make the enforcement procedure faster and more efficient.
