Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Enforcement and Security Interest
The amended Law on Enforcement and Security Interest has entered into force on 3 August 2019, and shall for the most part become applicable as of 1 January 2020. The main reason for rendering the Law is to resolve all issues arising from its application, primarily by removing any flaws from certain articles that contained incomplete and insufficiently clear provisions, as well as by introducing new legal solutions.

Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Copyright and Related Rights
The Law on Copyright and Related Rights has recently been amended and is in force as of 26 September 2019. The novelties provided aim to harmonize provisions of the national law with those of the relevant EU directives, establish a more efficient system of legal protection of copyright and related rights, and a more effective collective exercise of such rights.
