The Government of the Republic of Serbia has rendered the Decree on supplementing the Decree on Measures for the Prevention and Suppression of Infectious Disease COVID-19 (hereinafter: the “Decree”).
The Decree stipulates a limitation in working hours for catering facilities, shops, and shopping centers as of 17 November 2020, whereby the same are not permitted to operate between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.
An exception to this restriction is provided for pharmacies, gas stations and entities providing in food delivery service.
Such limitation of working hours shall be in effect until 1 December 2020 when new measures will be decided upon, depending on the current epidemiological situation.
